Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Athens, Tx. The ideal candidate will be the "face" of the company and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly

- Experience in customer service working front desk preferred

- Ability to multitask

- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

- Must have bright and welcoming smile
