-Proficient at multi tasking and detail oriented - Prior experience in food processing or related industry preferred
- Operate and maintain mill equipment to process raw materials
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Skills:
- Forklift operation skills for moving materials
- Knowledge of food processing regulations and procedures
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment
- Ability to fabricate or modify equipment as needed a plus
