We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team, specializing in hormone therapy and aesthetic laser treatments. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our patients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and laboratory testing, to determine eligibility for hormone therapy and aesthetic laser treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, medical history, and desired outcomes.
• Administer hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and perform hormone level monitoring to optimize patient health and well-being.
• Perform aesthetic laser procedures, such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and scar reduction, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient progress notes, treatment plans, and medication orders.

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California.
• Certification in Botox administration, dermal filler injections, and other relevant cosmetic procedures.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on hormone therapy and/or aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency in performing aesthetic laser treatments, including laser safety protocols and equipment operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of hormone therapy and aesthetic medicine.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $345,000
