We are seeking a professional and poisedSERVER/BARTENDERto join our SERVICE TEAM! This position is a dual role as a part-time server/bartender. The ideal candidate must be available on Thursdays & Mondays.

• A strong foundation in service and a passion for wine. 
• Advanced food & beverage knowledge and the desire to continuously learn.
• A polished, professional demeanor, with a warm and hospitable disposition.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• 2 years of experience in a reputable, well-regarded restaurant
