Requirements:

• Someone who is a client advocate with positive energy and a positive attitude. 
• Previous experience working for a vet is a plus. 

Job duties:

• Greeting visitors 
• Correspondence. Sending and responding to digital messages from clients. 
• Stocking supplies 
• Answering and routing phone calls 
• Scheduling and confirming appointments 
• Ensuring the front desk, lobby, exam rooms, and other client spaces are kept clean at all times. 
• Obtaining client information for medical records. 
• Obtaining and processing payments. 
• Client education
