Kinnie Design LLC specializes in Interior and Exterior residential remodeling. We work in the Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, Prince Williams County, and Frederick (VA) County. Travel and mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Complete a variety of residential remodeling tasks from start to finish.
• Clean and protect work site.
• Aquire materials as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, on-time, and following company quality and safety standards.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in the safe use of standard power tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to safely utilize ladders
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 80 pounds
• Good communication skills
