Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our facility. Your role will involve supervising staff, ensuring quality care for our residents, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance, support, and training to staff to ensure high-quality care
- Monitor resident well-being and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and shift activities
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the shift
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and professionalism

Skills:
- Experience administering injections
- Knowledge of memory care principles and practices
- Proficiency in acute pain management techniques
- Familiarity with occupational health standards and protocols
- Strong understanding of infection control measures
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of senior care best practices
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and protocols
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Ability to handle critical care situations effectively
