About The RoleSyncron is looking for a dynamic, customer-minded, self-driven graduate in the Portland metro area, who is both service-oriented and data-driven, ready to launch their career as a Business Analyst, serving one of our most valued customers. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and honed analytical thinking to solve complex business problems within a global team.
What would you do?
- Provide best-practice supply chain consulting to the customer
- Be a speaking partner to the customer regarding analyst services
- Actively monitor the standard inventory management performance KPIs. Communicate and follow up any deviations from standard KPIs to the end users as well as super users
- Report and follow up with the customer that necessary actions are taken to improve data quality
- Work together with our customer’s analysts to agree and achieve strategic goals with the inventory management program
- An analytical mind and interest in problem solving. You should also be driven, flexible, professional, independent, customer focused and outgoing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience from and/or knowledge about IT such as SQL, databases, process modelling, data formats, data transmission technologies, etc.
- Experience with Excel
- SQL, process modelling, data formats, data transmission technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or another equivalent field
- Any related work experience working with inventory management software, ERP-system planning module software, Supply Chain Management, or within the parts business in Automotive, Distribution or Construction would be helpful.
- Experience using Python
