Beach Street Inn is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team for the summer season. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
