Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, patient, and caring Guitar Instructor to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students of various ages and skill levels, with a focus on curriculum development and effective lesson planning. We are looking for someone available a to conduct hourly lessons at client's homes in the evenings in the Rockland County, NY area.

Duties:
- Instruct children on proper guitar playing techniques and music theory
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed

Required:

- High School Diploma/ GED

- Ability to complete our provided Mandated Reporter Training
