Administrative Assistant/ Front Desk Clerk - Asphalt Company Our company is currently seeking an experienced, strong performer with the ability to work well with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, inventive, enthusiastic and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Being a part of the administrative team, you will be handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an aptitude to work independently or with little supervision.
Summary/Objective:
The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Clerk performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Essential Functions:

Administrative duties:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Greet and assist customers, vendors and applicants entering office
Process customer requests for leads via phone, email and/or flyers
Type contracts turned in from sales team, make sketches, copy maps and mail contracts for sales team.
Daily truck report check off*.
Process paperwork for scheduling department.
Scan/file customer contracts and paperwork*
Mail residential/commercial customer invoices, statements and surveys.
Assist office personnel as necessary
Assist with other projects as needed.
Work with other employees to maintain an environment of cooperation and teamwork to complete all tasks

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a business casual office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time seasonal position. Days and hours of work are: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. with potential for alternating Saturdays, 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. (hours are based on workload and are subject to vary throughout the season.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Two years of increasingly responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Hourly pay rate:
This will be determined by the amount of experience you have. We have very competitive wages
