About the Role:As a Senior Program Manager at Anika Systems, you will be at the helm of mid- to large-sized projects, working closely with IT and other technical teams to design, build, test, and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing business intelligence capabilities and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mid- to large-sized projects, ensuring alignment of resources and activities with project goals
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to develop and implement innovative tools and technologies
- Define and monitor project resources, including teams, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare and deliver analysis, communications, and presentation materials to update stakeholders, address challenges, and build consensus
- Identify and allocate resources to meet project deliverables effectively
- Evaluate and recommend best practices to ensure project success
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes, practices, and initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes to meet delivery requirements
- 15 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
- Proven ability to lead and manage mid- to large-sized project teams, communicate clearly, and present to senior leadership
- Expertise in risk management, project decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in data analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Informatica, SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerBI
- Experience with data architecture, modeling, trends analysis, statistics, and program evaluations
- Proficient in data analysis using scripting languages, tools, and platforms, including Java, C , Python, and SQL
- Experience with the transformation or migration from aging to advanced data and analytics technologies
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML and RPA
- Strong attention to detail with robust product, technology, and industry knowledge
- Experience with business development and proposal support
- Familiarity with Federal government agencies such as DHS, USCG, USCIS, and CBP
- Experience managing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with multiple concurrent task orders, including financial management
- Capability to develop analytical models, data visualizations, and case management applications
- Support for acquisition efforts and documentation development to secure funding and government approval
- US Citizenship to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance
- Master’s degree in a business or technical field
- Professional certifications such as PMP and Agile certification
