Triple Crown Energy is seeking a Division Order Analyst to add to its team. The Division Order Analyst is responsible for the proper establishment and maintenance of division order records and ensures the accuracy of the payment of oil and gas royalties.

Responsibilities

• Research files to determine curative necessary to resolve title disputes and suspense items.
• Obtain curative documentation as needed
• Review and return Division Orders and/or Transfer Orders
• Maintain and handle ownership changes through acquisitions and divestitures in a timely manner
• Build and maintain Division Order files
• Perform other functions/projects pertaining to Division Orders as needed

Education/Experience Requirements

• Must be able to complete tasks by established deadlines
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have excellent written, verbal interpersonal and communications skills
• Must have strong math skills and ability to easily work with numbers
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to read and interpret legal documents
• Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
• Must be proactive, focused, and able to work independently
• Division order, legal and/or title experience
• Knowledge of real property and estate law is a plus (Oklahoma)
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. In lieu of degree, 1-3 years of experience in a Division Order Analyst role.
