Job Summary:
ASAAR Medical is an ACO Reach organization located in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functionality within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in managing operational processes effectively.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Working with Departmental leadership to Analyze/Translate Data (KPI’s) to providers consisting of:
• Cost vs Target
• ED / Hospital Cost
• Home Health / Specialist Utilization
• Network Provider Use
• MRA / HCC Documentation & Reporting
• Revenue Opportunities
• High Cost / High-Risk Patients
• Onboarding/Orientation of new Providers
• Engage with, Educate, and set Goals for Providers / Practice to assist them in being successful.
• Work with providers individually to implement incremental tasks to achieve the benchmark.
• Develop and Grow Relationship with Providers
• Ensure providers are reporting HEDIS / HCC codes for quality reporting to Medicare
• Responsible for maintaining and updating Provider Demographics.
• Understanding of ASO & MSO Operations to include at-risk, capitation, fee for service, and DCE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
