**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Lead Equipment Operator & Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites or other work environments.
**Duties:**
- Operate equipment such as loaders, excavators, backhoes etc.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for each piece of equipment operated
- Transport materials or equipment to designated areas within the work site
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in operating heavy equipment & crew leads are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
