We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, developing strategies to increase sales and profits, and managing staff to ensure that all goals are met. The General Manager will also be responsible for creating a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and developing relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Arrange outdoor furniture, ensure staff maintains a clean and safe facility, and communicate issues to ownership.
• Coordinate and plan customer reservations, special events, and staff appropriately.
• Manage food and beverage inventory. Including picking up inventory at suppliers, as needed.
• Develop seasonal food and beverage menu items.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Create and manage budgets based on recommendations for business improvement initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff for foodtruck and bar service operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
