BWH Security is Hiring an Armed Security Officer Near Chillicothe, OH
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Must be OPATA licensed and certified.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure security of premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms
- Enforce laws on the property
- Control access points
- Investigate suspicious behavior or incidents
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities
**Requirements:**
-Opata training and certification
- Proven experience as an Armed Security Officer or relevant position
- Must possess a valid armed security guard license
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Strong conflict management abilities
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus
- Understanding of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
