JOB SUMMARY

Seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our company's customer service, design schedule, production schedule and ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 9am-5pm

Duties:

- Handle all customer service including phone calls, email, and social media messages.

- Manage custom apparel orders by exporting data to the proper location and assigning artwork creation projects to our illustrators when design fees are purchased.

- Collaborate with our graphic designers regarding the design queue and production schedule to guarantee staying on track as deadlines approach.

- Oversee our custom made-to-order production schedule by planning out customers into groups, submitting group orders to the proper manufacturing team, and approving print proofs of designs.

- Final eyes on all artwork before submitting to production.

- Responsible for fulfilling customer orders by performing a quality assurance check when batch groups arrive from manufacturing and utilizing our shipping & inventory system to print the proper label and ship orders out.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Aid in adding new products to our website and social media post scheduling.

Skills:

- Proven experience with customer service and project management.

- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong organizational skills and writing skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to problem-solve plus lead and motivate a team.
