Job Description

Harvest Right is looking for a few lucky individuals to add to our technical support team. This is an entry-level job but we pay well and offer generous bonus that is up to $1600 per month, dependent on performance. Starting rate is $18.50, as well as the monthly bonus. It is a 9:30 am-6:00 pm shift, Monday-Friday. We provide 2 other shifts and fill those as needed. This job provides a great work-life balance, consistent shifts, etc. Holidays are paid days off, and we offer generous PTO as well. Next training class starts on February 5th, must be able to start on that date.

Responsibilities

- Work as a team to help customers get their issues resolved.

- Call and email customers to help them and follow up with them as needed.

- Log notes and keep good customer records.

- Help customers place sales orders.

- Offer good customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications

We are confident that we can train anyone to make a great tech, but our best technicians tend to have the following skills:

The tech support reps must have great communication and customer service skills, excellent follow up skills, great attendance at work, and good organization and time management skills. They will work with customers and ask questions to diagnose any problem the freeze dryer is having and instruct the customer on the steps necessary to get the machine running flawlessly again. It is a very rewarding job that brings a lot of satisfaction to both you and the customer.
