Job Title : Home Health Aide

Overview : We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Home Health Aides to provide routine individualized healthcare to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home.

Our Home Health Aides will be instrumental in helping patients maintain their independence and manage their day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
• Support patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
• Assist patients by providing physical therapy exercises, administering medications, and recording and monitoring vitals as directed by medical or nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards.
• Enhance the patients wellbeing by providing companionship, personal services, and promoting emotional comfort.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English.
• Caring and compassionate personality with the ability to handle stress.
• First aid training and CPR certification.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
