Job Description

The Business Reporting Analyst will be Responsible for providing superior and timely reporting, Business Intelligence (“BI”) and data analysis support to data management on a variety of assignments related to the healthcare industry. Extract, organize and validate per business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Build and provide reports initiated from business reporting requests.
• Develop and maintain regularly scheduled reports.
• Perform data validation and analysis of all report data to ensure accuracy.
• Create operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts to support business processes.
• Utilize various tools such as Microsoft SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting as well as proprietary reporting tools.
• Develop reports using historical or real-time data to support timely business decisions.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, reports, applications, and procedures.

What you'll need:

• Microsoft Excel Proficiency level: Advance. Must be proficient in formulas (VLOOKUP, Index Match, Search), macros, pivot tables, graphs, and data comparison.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools, features, capabilities, and best practices
• Experience translating business requirements into reports, views, and BI query objects.
• 1-year minimum experience with SQL Server 2008 or higher, T-SQL development preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and technical skills
• Team-player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, possess a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, report development, data analysis, data integration or information management.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
