Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our diagnostic facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical terminology, front desk operations, and medical scheduling. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently using medical scheduling software
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all interactions

-Dispatch orders to mobile technicians in a timely manner

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
-Ability to multitask

- Must be bilingual
