Duties:

- Open the store at 5 am or close the deli by 6:00 pm
-Prepare and serve a variety of deli products such as meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, and bakery items
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information on pricing
- Operate the register for transactions

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer service skills
-Previous experience in a deli or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
