CR Express Inc is immediately hiring a Warehouse Office Representative. Our company is a full-service trucking and transportation company specializing in the handling of time-sensitive shipments, local ground cartage, and point-to-point hot shots. As a Warehouse Office Representative, you will be coordinating and performing numerous clerical Warehouse functions to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.

The Warehouse Office Representative is responsible for assisting in performing the daily administrative and organizational functions of the Import and Export division of our warehouse. The Representative will schedule and process drivers who will be recovering shipments from CR Express warehouse. Communication is the essential part of our core operation. In our warehouse office the representative must Communicate with dispatchers regarding assigned loads to CR drivers to assist the needs of our customers. Communicating directly with customers via email or inbound calls regarding shipment availability, Clearance and pending fees. Also, Communicate with drivers regarding proper pick up location for uploading and unloading freight. One of the biggest and most important role of our warehouse representative will be to meticulously maintain appropriate logs/records of import/export loads and inventory. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. No experience in logistics or warehouse office is required but a desire to learn and grow in the logistic field is a must for our team!!

Schedule will be Sunday 1200 pm - 830pm & Monday - Thursday 2pm - 1030 pm. This is subject to change based on work volume.

Training will be in the morning time 0800 am - 430 pm days are TBD

Job Description:

Data Entry into Google Sheets or internal software for tracking

Processing third party drivers recovering or dropping off at our warehouse

Verifying customs status in AMS for CR drivers dropping off cargo

Communication with customers regarding shipments via email or possibly phone call

Communication with warehouse team to ensure proper service to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
