Job Description
Pay starts at $18 an hour.
We are looking for fun, high-energy, and dedicated staff to work with our individuals during the day.
Work hours are between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Must be available to work at least one shift from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM each week. We are currently hiring for our Salt Lake County program, servicing from Draper to Salt Lake City.
We spend 100% of our days in the community. We supervise clients on trips to museums, watching movies, going swimming, taking small hikes, trips to the zoo, rides on Frontrunner, and more. Staff teach clients life skills and assist them in meaningful interactions in the community.
Responsibilities
Staff will be responsible for the supervision of young adults. Safety is always our #1 priority. Part of the job is picking up individuals and transporting them to and from activities. The most crucial part of the job is positive interaction with all of the clients in the program.
