About the Tax Associate Role
We have a unique opportunity for a Tax Accountant who will be responsible for preparing drafts and workpapers of US-individual and entity income tax returns while completing detailed checklists to ensure these drafts are ready for a CPA's final review.
Responsibilities Include:
- Tax Services: US tax return preparation
- Financial Accounting and Analysis

Requirements
- You must have experience working with both individual and entity US tax forms
- Accounting degree desired
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting and/or tax work
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay
- Flexibility and work/life balance where you choose your own schedule; must be available from 8am-12pm Pacific Time

Salary:
- 114,880.00 (PHP) per month during training
- Production-based pay thereafter
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
