Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Duties: - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions - Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn parts - Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to diagnose and resolve problems - Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site Skills: - Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address their maintenance needs - Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors - Mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of various equipment and systems - Familiarity with low voltage systems and industrial maintenance practices - Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions - Technical sales skills to recommend appropriate products or services for maintenance needs - Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting electrical systems - Experience with HVAC/R systems for maintenance and repairs - Understanding of hydraulics for troubleshooting hydraulic systems If you have the required skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.
