Do you know your way around digital art? Do you like to build worlds, levels, characters, models, icons, and graphics? Are you looking to make a change and want to help others, be creative AND be of service working with young adults with autism?

We’ve got the job for you! nonPareil is looking for that special someone who has a background in, or is highly interested in, digital art and 3D modeling. Not only that, but you’d also have the opportunity to experiment with digital technologies that can be used for different platforms.

This role does all those things, but also conducts small group classroom technical instruction. Provides guidance, direction and engages with our students as they are on their journey to find their own passions and build a future with technological skills, as well as social and work-readiness skills. nonPareil offers all full-time employees Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and

Some of the technical skills we’re looking for:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Blender, Maya, and any other 3D modeling tools
• Proficient in working with Unreal Engine or Unity engines
• Proficient in task management software such as Jira

Some of the responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for providing instruction to adults on the autism spectrum in digital technology, digital art, and 3D modeling
• Provide guidance to students for portfolio content creation geared towards creative industry
• Lead students in developing prototypes or full-scale production assets
• Assess student’s progress and communicate progress to students, staff and family
• Interactive technology development such as games, apps, and the like

Salary: Commensurate with experience / education
