The purpose of this request is toprocure System Administration services for ODOT Technical ServicesBranch (Tech and Data Unit TDU).

The primary tasks the contractorshall perform are as follows :

• Provideconsultations and solution recommendations for ODOTs EnterpriseContent Management (ECM) software ProjectWise tool
• Create asis and tobe process documentation
• Use a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g.interviews facilitation diagrams) to gather define and documentcomplex business data requirements from Business teams
• Identify areas for improvement in currentsystems
• Collaborate with business partners andstakeholders in the development and improvement of businessprocesses in relation to ECM
• Conduct documentand present impact analyses
• Create and managerequirements traceability matrix
• Create andsupport the creation of functional specifications for data modelscustomizations extracts and reports
• Createimplementation documentation and support the implementationprocess
• Develop design changes in the assetmanagement software and development and testing environments andcollaborate integration into the existing business productionenvironment with the rest of the team
• Plan andsupport data cleanup activities
• Prepare testdata implement and support test activities including the creationof test plans and test cases; test enhancements and trackresults
• Create and implement regression testplan and test cases
• Plan and support useracceptance testing
• Coordinate with other teammembers to reach project milestones and deadlines
• Engage and build strong working relationships with ITBusiness and Sourcing partners
• Create trainingmaterials for Business and technical audiences including User GuideJob Aids PowerPoint presentations and training data
• Conduct inperson and remote training (for Business andtechnical audiences)
• Troubleshoot issuesdetermine causes and provide options for fixing theissues
• Experience with ECM software(specifically Bentleys ProjectWise software)
• Business analysis skills
• Strongcommunication skills (verbal and written)
• Development and systems / data analyst skills for releasedevelopment tasks
• Testing / analysis skills forthe release development tasks and release acceptance testingtasks
