Attic Bros Inc. is Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator Near San Jose, CA

Attic Bros has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position as a Scheduler/Office Administrator.

You will be responsible for managing all incoming communications such as calls & emails, assigning sales leads, and dispatching and assigning those leads to our sales team.

We are a privately held family business that has operated in the Bay Area for over 10 years. We provide an outstanding foundation and support to eager and work-driven people to be successful.

This is an advanced position, and we are looking for seasoned applicants who have mastered this responsibility. This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work Mon- Fri, 8AM- 5PM (with one hour lunch rest breaks)
  • Must be experienced in taking a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and customer service
  • Must be experienced in filtering and determining qualified sales leads
  • Must be experienced in managing lead programs such as Yelp, Next Door, Google Business. etc.
  • Dispatch / Scheduling appointments
  • Manage communications; managing incoming phone calls, email, yelp messaging
  • Strong problem-solving skills, required to resolve/delegate action for the clients when in need of something
  • Provide customer service and solutions to leads and clients
  • Must be independent and able to work with little supervision
  • Communicate with clients with courtesy with a high level of professionalism
  • Collect payments from customers and pay invoices
  • Order supplies for the office as well as materials for our technicians
  • Assist with office general operations
  • Maintain lobby and shared common areas
  • Provide basic admin support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
