We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Entry-Level Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing department with a variety of tasks. This includes assisting the photography team in the setup and ordering of products, organizing product information for specification sheets, coordinating promotional offers such as gift card promotions, and contributing to various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to learn. This job will be a fulltime in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the photography team with product setup, including unpacking, arranging, and repackaging items.

· Coordinate the ordering of products for photography and marketing needs.

· Gather and compile detailed product information to create accurate and comprehensive specification sheets.

· Take detailed notes during marketing meetings and distribute them to relevant team members.

· Maintain and update product databases and marketing materials.

· Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Coordinate promotional offers, such as gift card promotions.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.

· Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, especially in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
