Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, safe, and drug-free Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various technical areas to support the maintenance and repair of our facilities.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues relating to facilities maintenance
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, components, or systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address emergencies
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with external contractors when necessary
Skills:
-Carpentry, Overhead doors, concrete, asphalt, roofing, painting, drywall, plumbing, operating heavy equipment, operating aerial work platforms, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
