Maintex, a family-owned chemical manufacturer and distributor for the cleaning industry, located in City of Industry in the San Gabriel Valley area, is currently seeking a full-time 2nd shift Quality Inspector/Shift Lead.

• Perform in-process and post-production inspections to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with Production Team leaders and staff to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Support the shift supervisor in executing daily tasks and maintaining workflow.
• Utilize strong mathematic and analytical skills to ensure precise volumetric, weight, and measure checks.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, inspecting products on the production line.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in mathematics and knowledgeable in volumetric, weight, and measure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday
