Position Title: Dental Receptionist-Call Center

Location: Great Northwest Dental – 1346 8th St N.E. Suite #100 Auburn, WA 98002

  • Competitive pay range with base salary plus a consistent bonus system, given the opportunity to make $19-23 per hour.
  • Patient hours: Mondays 8-4, Tuesdays 8-5, Wednesdays 8-7, Thursdays & Fridays 7-2
  • Four (4) Doctors who will fully support you (Dr. Lindsey: our Invisalign guru, Dr. Josh: our CADCAM expert, Dr. Portia: our restorative and oral-surgery extraordinaire, and Dr. Amanda: our cosmetic and restorative specialist)
  • A flexible weekly schedule, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:

- Must have dental experience

-Multi-phone line and or call center experience

-Excellent communication skills, both with patients and fellow team members

-Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

-Ability to answer high volume calls

-Strong follow through with daily/weekly/ and monthly tasks
