THE ROLE
This role will be responsible for delivering an industry-leading customer experience for Symphony Customers, by selling quick move-in (QMI)/ inventory homes and pre-sell (dirt) homes.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage customer meetings from model walk-ins, Internet Sales Consultant (ISC) set up meetings, and self-generated leads.
· Enter and update information and interactions into a customer management database.
· Guide homebuyers through the entire sales process from initial meeting, to contract, structural, design, construction, final walk and close. Initiate customer touch points with weekly progress updates.
· Maintain follow up tactics to continue to engage and foster customers not ready to transact.
· Generate new opportunities through prospecting existing leads in CRM, Realtor and Brokerage networks, community events and other networking opportunities.
· Model home coverage and parade of home coverage.
· Sales meeting and customer backlog meeting attendance.
· Track and enter metrics for reporting (traffic, QMI appointment feedback, model and QMI maintenance)
· Assist with ideas for marketing material and relevant outbound touchpoints.
Qualifications:
· Utah real estate license
· New construction, or onsite sales with a builder experience
· Proven history of success with customer experience
· Positive attitude and abundance mindset
· Excellent verbal and written communication and follow-up skills
· Ability to analyze, propose and present solutions to complex problems
· Outstanding customer experience skills
· Strong attention to detail and effective time management
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
· Ability to interface regularly with customers
· High school degree or equivalent
· Driver’s license and ability to drive to various job sites
· Professional appearance and presentation
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM and tech suite
· Ability to understand floor plans and help customers with the customization of floor plans
Time Requirements and Location:
Full-time in model homes, this is a 1099 independent contractor position. Must be able to work nights, Saturdays and most holidays.
