Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Services Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and inviting environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Key Results Area:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, using appropriate
• cleaning agents and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the facility, including offices, corridors,
• and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a streak-free appearance.
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers as needed.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for use.
• Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or discrepancies to the
• supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Install minor fixtures
• Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the facility.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a
• team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred.
• Willingness to undergo training on safety procedures and cleaning techniques.
