Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Summary: Provides a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions including payroll for staff and clients.
Required
Minimum 3-year certificate in a related field, a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping and payroll experience. Must know how to create and maintain Quick-books online, which includes financial report, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Statement reconciliation, must know how to create excel financial spreadsheets and formula, must have excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills as required. Bachelor is preferable or a minimum of 7 years as Accountant/Bookkeeper.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs bookkeeping and payroll duties including staff & client payrolls. bank deposits & reconciliations. manage accounts receivable/payable and other client payments and prepares payroll for staff and employees. Monitor remittances from variety of vendors / Payors
