Our extensive range of equipment includes chairs, tables, tents, dinnerware, audio-visual equipment, staging, and much more. Job Summary

Your main focus is working with our operations team members to consistently provide each customer with a 5-STAR service and experience. This means making sure that you are thinking and planning ahead, identifying and solving potential problems, and coordinating with the team members to ensure that our customers have a top-notch experience and event. You’ll oversee and work with our team members so the ability to communicate for positive results is critical. This is not a paper-pushing desk job; your work will have event operations, warehouse, and some off-site time split as needed. This job involves working with rental inventory, warehousing and delivery coordination. We have good people; we are seeking someone who can help our team members be more effective and efficient in providing service to our clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Sense- Understands that Quality Service, a Profitable Business, and happy team members and co-workers go hand in hand.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Basic Spanish or Bi-Lingual is a plus.
  • Need to be able to lift 70 lbs., if needed, and operate well in a warehouse environment.
  • Pitches in with team members when needed to get the job done.

Experience: We are looking for a person who has previous operations and or supervisory experience with significant responsibilities. Event rental experience is a big plus!

  • Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Compensation is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
