Job Summary
Your main focus is working with our operations team members to consistently provide each customer with a 5-STAR service and experience. This means making sure that you are thinking and planning ahead, identifying and solving potential problems, and coordinating with the team members to ensure that our customers have a top-notch experience and event. You’ll oversee and work with our team members so the ability to communicate for positive results is critical. This is not a paper-pushing desk job; your work will have event operations, warehouse, and some off-site time split as needed. This job involves working with rental inventory, warehousing and delivery coordination. We have good people; we are seeking someone who can help our team members be more effective and efficient in providing service to our clients.
Traits we're looking for:
Experience: We are looking for a person who has previous operations and or supervisory experience with significant responsibilities. Event rental experience is a big plus!
Compensation is based on experience.
