Qualifications
Applicant should have strong communication skills and sufficient dental knowledge and experience to be able to present treatment plans clearly to patients
Experience in verifying insurance is a must. Also doing appeals.
At least 3 years experience as dental office manager
Front office experience
Experience and knowledge with Dentrix / Oryx Dental Software
Candidate must be reliable and honest
Must be able to build a team and maintain positive energy in the practice
Must be detail oriented
Must be very organized
Must be able to multitask
Must be customer service oriented
Must be self-motivated and a motivator to other staff
Must be able to manage and lead staff
Must have good positive energy
Must be a team player
Must have excellent communication skills
