US BioTek is a growing laboratory in Shoreline that recently acquired RealTime labs. We have an immediate opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a data-driven, creative thinker with tactical marketing experience to help us drive results for our providers and our direct-to-consumer initiatives. This full-time role will primarily focus on social media and digital marketing, utilizing social selling strategies.

Primary Duties include:

• Create content and maintain social media channels utilizing direct to consumer social selling strategies.
• Draft, publish and maintain paid social and digital advertising efforts to build engagement and followership.
• Assist in the development and implementation of integrated go-to-market campaigns for product launches and promotions.
• Assist in the creation of deliverables such as brochures, advertisements, emails, webinars, direct mail, website content, social media content, and more to drive lead generation and customer retention strategies as needed.
• Work with the team to identify and implement opportunities to improve website content, visitors’ journey, conversion opportunities, SEO, and overall website effectiveness.
• Support market research initiatives, including customer satisfaction surveys and competitor analyses.
• Create and maintain reports to track marketing initiative progress and identify opportunities for adjustments.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 1 year of experience in a digital or content marketing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience using social media to support a business
• Familiarity with standard marketing concepts, practices, and platforms – and a desire to learn more. We will train a motivated individual to use key tools of the role.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platform
• Experience with Canva
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Search Console

Hourly Rate: $26 - $31, DOE
