Sales Counselor:

Twilight Homes is looking for a sales counselor who is passionate for making people’s dreams come true. You are responsible for communicating with prospective home buyers while utilizing Twilight’s purpose.

Responsibilities:

• Create relationships with customers
• Network with realtors
• Complete contracts in a timely and accurate matter
• Having a flexible schedule to work weekends and accommodate prospective homebuyers’ schedules
• Ensure that the model is maintained to highest standards

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to connect with people and maintain a professional relationship
• No new home experience required however sales experience is a plus
