Landmark Realty LLC is hiring a Clubhouse Attendant for its Apartment Community in Kansas City, Mo. The Applicant must have a professional and friendly demeanor.

Pay Rate: $15/hr.

Part-Time and Full Time Available

This position requires:

• Unlocking/locking entrances at the beginning/end of the day.
• Greet residents and their guests and verify eligibility to use clubhouse amenities.

• Enforce clubhouse policies and procedures.
• Clean clubhouse and surrounding areas throughout shift.
• Maintain and stock supplies for the clubhouse.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by managers or maintenance supervisors.
