URGENTLY HIRING: An Assistant Teacher is needed to work in our infant/toddler classes. The job entails working with the Lead Teacher developing curriculum, assessing the children, and helping them reach their milestones. 24 hours or more of continuing education per year is required. 45-hour class is required; CDA/CDC is preferable. Inclusion training is a plus. FOCUS training/experience is also a plus. 32.5 hours (11:30a to 6pm) per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates MUST have experience. Pre-Employment Drug Screening is REQUIRED of all candidates who are offered a position with ongoing monthly random drug testing as part of the job requirements. La Luz ECC is a drug free (including cannabis) environment. Pay is DOE and on education. Base pay is $16 to $18.50 per hour.
