What does a day as a Service Advisor look like?

• Assist Service Department manager in maintaining a smooth running and efficient Service Department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Accept customer motorcycles & identify service needs.
• Assign jobs to Service Technicians/schedule work.
• Communicate job status to customers.
• Have fun & enjoy the brand!

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.
• Motorcycle license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Day range:

• Weekends as needed

• Day shift
