It’s full time, Mon – Fri in-person in our Tampa showroom with some future Saturdays possible.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic bike enthusiast to provide excellent customer service to both consumers and wholesalers and make showroom sales. Must have experience dealing with escalations and business to business accounts.

Jupiter Bike is a fun and fast paced environment.

You will also be responsible for answering emails and phone calls, doing customer service tasks and selling bikes to customers who visit us in our sales showroom.

Being able to use software is important as you will use SAP and Zendesk. Experience with these programs is strongly preferred.

Must be proactive and able to stay organized while multi-tasking.

A positive outlook and an open mind are needed for this role in our 7 year old company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for incoming phone calls, emails and chats using Zendesk software.
• Assist walk-in guests when they arrive at the showroom.
• Work with both consumers and business accounts.
• Resolve and de-escalate customer and business accounts issues and online complaints.
• Using SAP for order processing.
• Document issues / concerns and raise them to the appropriate staff.
• Utilize computer technology to handle sales and support functions.
• Gather feedback on product issues and common complaints.

Education and Work Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Positive and professional manner.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent listening skills.
• Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and possess the desire to help.

Experience:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Customer service : 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Zendesk and SAP (Preferred)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
