Professional management company is seeking a Property Manager with experience on project-based Section 8 or LIHTC properties, with knowledge of certifications, collections, waitlists, and all other aspects of compliance. Minimum 3 years experience on low income properties required.

Key duties include overseeing tenant relations, managing lease agreements, and facilitating effective communication between residents and management. The Property Manager will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, conducting income verifications, and assisting with the application process for prospective tenants. Additionally, the Property Manager collaborates with maintenance teams to address repairs promptly and manages financial aspects such as rent collection and budget adherence. This role requires a strong commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive living environment while navigating the unique challenges associated with affordable housing.
