RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all aspects of the loaner car process
• Follow up with clients
• Explain the terms of rental agreements.
• Complete paperwork, update computer records and take payments
• Record a car's condition and make notes of any existing bumps or scratches
• Explain and demonstrate any special features.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High energy
• Positive and energetic personality
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
