BlueSun Inc. is currently recruiting temporary full-time work for a Provider Enrollment Specialist in Clackamas County.

We are looking for someone with credentialing or healthcare administration experience.

Wage: $27.14

Duties

• Coordinates provider enrollment processes per various contract requirements. Working with contractors (payors), insuring compliance with required provider enrollment. Secure DMAP, Medicare and National Provider Identifiers and update information as needed.
• Collect required documentation for submission to contractors from Credentialing and Provider Oversight team. Secure completed Oregon Practitioners Credentialing Application (OPCA), copy of licenses, request liability information and other relevant materials as part of provider credentialing/recredentialing process.
• Research and prepare Health Centers contract application process with external partners (payors).
• Documentation management and tracking of provider enrollment notification and approvals.
• Researching and follow-up with provider billing denials from payors that are associated with a provider's enrollment

Working knowledge of:

• Principles and practices of public administration and business communication.
• Principles and techniques related to assigned discipline.
• Federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to assigned areas of responsibility.
• English grammar and composition; office equipment, including personal computers and software programs; clerical principles and processes.

Skill to:

• Independently, accurately and effectively perform assigned tasks and duties following established procedures and policies with adherence to timelines.
• Correctly research and interpret and apply rules, and regulations provider enrollment.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; operate office equipment including computers, printers and fax machines.
• Use variety of software programs including spreadsheets and specialized databases.
• Maintain effective working relationships with County staff, health professionals, patients, attorneys, other agencies, and the public.
