**Role Overview:**
This role will be working for one of our leading beauty retail partners and operate fully within their team, they are the first company to recognise one of the fastest growing trends in the world of beauty. With modern innovation allowing manufacturers to create devices that mimic the on-site devices used by professionals in salons, spas, and clinics, they have brought together a complete selection available for home use technology
**Purpose of Role:**
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a passion for customer services and delivering customer excellence. This position is based at our award-winning new offices in Alderley.
As the foremost provider of beauty devices, we handle a wide range of products and have suppliers and customers across the world. This role will see you interact with customers across the globe to ensure they receive top class customer service.
**What youll be doing:**
* Responding to UK and international customer queries and complaints via email, phone, and social media channels in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain customer records by updating account information and recording details of any customer issues/inquiries
* Learning as much as possible about the companys range of products to ensure you can offer great advice to the customers pre and post-purchase
* Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and obtain information for customers
* Online live text chat with on-site visitors helping them with product advice
* Managing logistics and deliveries
* Working with different payment systems
**Must haves:**
* Experience working in customer services, e-commerce advantageous
* Experience using Zendesk advantageous
* Additional languages advantageous
* Passion for customer service
* Excellent IT skills and a good understanding online purchasing
* Outgoing, friendly attitude and tactful
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task
**Shift patterns:**
6am-2:30pm
8am-4:30pm
1pm-9:30pm
1 in 3 weekends
