At Cape Ann Savings Bank we are a full-service community bank. We are seeking to hire an experienced Operations Associate to perform various monitoring and processing tasks related to the day-to-day deposit operations of the Bank.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and address ACH and Check matters including unposted items, stop payments, insufficient items, returns, reclamations, and chargebacks.
• ATM/Debit card matters including but not limited to card orders, maintenance, hot cards, PIN reorders/changes, reconcilement, and fraud.
• All aspects of wire transfers.
• All aspects of levies, garnishments, and subpoenas
• Digital banking platforms including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and telephone banking.
• Customer correspondence including in-person, telephone, email, and mail
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough understanding of bank products and services

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in Deposit Operations preferred.
